Mowing
Following the devolution of Devon County Council Highways maintenance services, The PC is now responsible for mowing all DCC Highways verges under the DCC Road Warden scheme.
Care is taken to follow Devon County Councils ‘Life on the Verge’ guidelines to ensure the enhancement and protection of bio-diversity on our roadsides hence the different lengths of grass in some areas, which are left ‘wild’ at certain times of the year.
