The new Government Emergency Alert system will enable people to be contacted via their mobile phone when lives are in danger. On Sunday 23 April 2023 at 3pm, there will be a national test of the Emergency Alerts service.

It has been a really good day with Giles and the Community Payback team, briefing and discussing all the parish projects and making a start on the Brandis Park verges which will be planted with wild flower seed in between the daffodils.
The Parish Council are delighted to announce that from Saturday 4th March a team from The HM Prison and Probation Service Community Payback Unpaid Work Scheme will be working in the parish to assist the PC in in delivering a range of Bio-Diversity and village maintenance projects.
