SHDC has recently discovered fake QR codes stuck on our Pay and Display machines in Mayors Avenue Car Park. The QR code takes you to a scam website.

South Hams Car Parks – Important Information
South Hams Car Parks have now moved to using PayByPhone instead of RingGo for online payments. You will need to download the app or you can still pay by cash. You will also need to register as a resident to qualify for a resident's discount. Read on to find out how to do this.

Road Closure: Drainage Works
Forthcoming rescheduled drainage by Merrivale Lodge and Higher North Hill will now be done on the same closure. Due to the nature of the works, a road closure is required. Emergency access will be maintained. The planned on-site working hours will be Mon 16th December to Mon 23rd December 2024.

Road Closure – Sands Road
South West Water has applied to Devon Highways for a road closure near Southgrounds Farm on Sands Road, which will take place on 11.12.2024 to 13.12.24. These works will be done under a full closure. The closure will be in place 24 hours for 3 days.

The main road through Stoke Fleming is expected to be closed from 2nd January to 28th March 2024 while a wall in the centre of the village is rebuilt. To minimise disruption in and around the Stoke Flemming, their Parish Council recommends that the following routes:
