Devon County Council is publishing a series of ‘Winter Support and Wellbeing’ newsletters to share practical advice and local resources to help you and your family stay healthy, warm, and safe this season.

The latest edition is about looking after your physical and mental health during the colder months. It contains information on keeping warm and well, preventing illness, vaccinations, keeping children well and how to get advice if you are unwell or require mental health support.
