Slapton Prescription Collection Service at Slapton Community Shop
Chillington Health Centre weekly prescription and delivery services, facilitated by SCOF (Start Circle of Friends) is open to all patients living in Slapton, Blackawton and Strete eligible to use their dispensary

Prescriptions can be collected every Wednesday between 10.30 and 11am (check for your confirmation text to make sure your prescription is ready) outside Slapton Village Shop (or in the hall if it is raining). Where applicable collections must be paid for in cash using the correct amount (volunteers do not carry change).
