Notice of Two Vacancies in the Office of Councillor for Slapton Parish Council

Notice under Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972 is hereby given that two vacancies exist in the office of Slapton Parish Councillor for the Slapton Parish Council.

For a by-election to be held to fill the vacancies, a request by TEN registered local government electors in Slapton Parish Council must be made, on or before 19 October 2026 to:

Plymouth Road,

Totnes,

TQ9 5NE.

If an election is not requested, the Slapton Parish Council will co-opt people to fill the vacancies as soon as practicable.
