Slapton Community Shop

Slapton Village Community Shop is a wonderful shop built by and run by the community of Slapton and is located in the village hall car park on Wood Lane, Slapton, TQ7 2QX.

Slapton Community Shop

Our Village Shop is run by volunteers and shop manager Paula Hounslow, supported by the shop management committee.

The shop stocks a good selection of local meats, fish, fruit and veg, eggs, breads, hot pasties and pastries, jams, seasonal honey, essential household and first aid items, a good selection of wines, spirits, beer and larger and soft drinks, newspapers, cards and gifts, some made by resident arts and crafts specialists, stationary, sweets, biscuits and chocolates.

Opening hours:

  • Mon – Sat: 8am – 1pm
  • Sun: 8am – 12 Noon
  • Bank Holidays: (times vary)

To contact the shop to check an item is in stock, place an order ahead for collection if in a rush, or find out how to get involved and volunteer some time, call the shop on 07938 843543.
