Complaints Procedure
Slapton Parish Council is committed to providing a quality service for all who live or work in the parish, as well as for our visitors, suppliers and other village groups.
We hope that you have been satisfied with the service that you have received and, if we have not been able to help you, that we have clearly explained the reasons why and where possible signposted you to additional help and support.
If you are dissatisfied with the standard of service that you have received from this council or are unhappy about an action or lack of action by this council, our Complaints Procedure sets out how you may complain to the council and how we shall try to resolve your complaint.
